Mosquito Island, actually known as Koh Yung Island, apparently gets its nickname due to dense clouds of mosquitos that swarm at dusk. For this reason we never actually went ashore, but snorkeled here instead. The island and water were beautiful and the snorkeling was fantastic with a huge variety of fish and coral.
