Designed in 1925 by the firm of Scott & Welch, The Firestone Tire & Rubber Company is a classic example of the simple, yet elegant industrial design of the time. Firestone leased a portion of the building to a service station and used the larger portion as a warehouse & tire outlet. In the 90's the derelict building was converted to a mixed use building with retail and condos.
