Timber is one of Finland's few plentiful raw materials. Much of the country is wooded and forestry is a major industry. Located in Punkaharju, Lusto is the Finnish Forestry Museum. It is far more interesting than one would imagine, with many historical and interactive exhibits. It is also fascinating to discover just how much can actually be made of wood.
