Built in 1959, Kaleva Church is massive structure designed by Reima and Raili Pietilä. The vast majority of it is open space, very daunting. I was lucky enough to meet Raili Pietilä. As it turns out, she is a family friend of our instructor, Taisto. I even scored a signed book written by the couple.
