A
Felucca is a traditional Egyptian
sailing vessel. They are still very common and you see them all up and
down the Nile. Some are larger for cruising. Most are more intimate, designed
to hold a few people. One of the few times in Cairo when I was truly relaxed,
(the city is stressful) was the hour or so on the felucca just outside
our hotel. We got very lucky and scored a rare smog-free day in Cairo.
