Incorporated by Henry Rogers in 1891 "to promote social intercourse among ourselves and... the encouragement of literature.", The University Club is a social club in the tradition of the old social and networking clubs from the mid century. It's part of a national association and is located in some pretty cool digs, an old mansion built in 1895. The primary requirement for membership is a university degree and sponsorship of a current member. I used to ride past this building most every day and didn't even now it existed until I got a tour for Doors Open Denver. Popular for weddings and banquets even if you're not into the whole social club scene.
