One Lincoln Park

One Lincoln Park is an upscale urban condominium project completed in 2007. It's just a very striking addition to the skyline. It seems that no large scale development in Denver comes without a good amount of drama. The developer has been convicted of theft, having apparently siphoned off a substantial amount of investor money to fund a lifestyle that could at the very least be described as pretentious. He needed the money to cover expenses which apparently included luxury cars, exclusive golf club memberships and a 15,000 square foot home. He received ten years in community corrections....he could have gotten up to 25. Alas the poor guy is back in court again being charged with the same crime from one of his other developments.
