Mount Evans is just off of I-70, about an hour outside of Denver, but at over 14,000 feet, the access road to the summit is billed as the worlds highest paved road. You can almost always count on seeing mountain goats. They appear to be totally oblivious to the crowd of people that were gathers around them.
