The Dora Moore School (Carona School) was designed by Robert S. Roeschlaub and built in 1889. I have lived very near this school the entire time I have lived in Denver (I walk past it every time I go to the grocery store) and always admired this beautiful Romanesque building. It was restored in 1993 and still functions as an elementary school.

Once a year they offer tours of historic homes in this area. Moor School is always the focal point of these tours.
