The main campus of CU is in Boulder, but many of the graduate programs are in Denver at the Auraria campus. The College of Architecture & Planning was on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of a downtown office building. It's ironic that the architecture department was in one of the most bland and uninteresting buildings in Denver. The views, however were amazing. We had a 4th floor patio and studio space faced west towards the mountains. On a clear day, you can see Mt Evans (the closest of the fourteeners). It will be years before I can afford the kind of views I was getting while in school.
