The 16th St. Bridge. Actually called the Millennium bridge, it was built in 2002. Its unusual cable stayed design was necessitated by the relatively tight quarters in which it was constructed. Also, because it is a pedestrian bridge the design limited the height of the bridge deck and reduced the number of stairs climbed. It was designed by structural engineering masters, Ove Arup & Partners in conjunction with the firm ArchitectureDenver.

Still under construction
